Default JOBS in Buford

Hello
Thinking about moving to Buford, Lawrenceville, Suwanee or Sandy Springs. How are the job markets there? I am a Medical Assistant and also a Licensed Hair Stylist. Will be moving with my three kids. I have researched the schools and I know they are good. Was wondering how was it to rent?

Any help would be appreciated.....

Midtown has all the big buildings and crap like that. More walkable than other neighborhoods in Atlanta except for like Virginia Highlands and a couple others. Near lots of bars and clubs.

Cops are so damn lenient down here it's incredible. I've seen people go through red lights, blare their music as loud as possible, and not stop fully at stop signs before turning right. If you get a ticket here it would have to be for speeding or something like that. People love speeding down here. I'm talking like 20 MPH over or more and cops don't give a crap.

to give u an idea how it is here, i pay $1300 for an old ass 1 bd in northern nj (no, parking, no washer/dryer)
You can find 1 BR places that range from $400 (rough area) to $1450 (brand new high rise in Midtown). Should be able to find a nice one for less than $800. Suburbs can be cheaper, just depends on what you are looking for in a neighborhood.

Cheap cost of living, decent schools, and job opportunity. Weather is pretty good too.
