Well, looks like it could be Fuqua and Pope & Land doing the Braves development.

That is hilarious! Looks like Walmart will be coming to the Cobb County Braves stadium.

Now it just SCREAMS urban planning. What a perfect Triune of short-sightedness: Cobb County, Liberty Media, and Jeff Fuquad. The marriage was in the stars. As for the traffic situation, I'll go ahead and leave my house now so I can make it there in time for Opening Day 2017.

Wait until Cobb hits its stride.

Intowners complain but they sure don't mind shopping at developments like Edgewood. Would it be so bad if this Braves thing turned out like Town Brookhaven?

Pope & Land is no slouch either.

I don't know anyone who likes shopping at Edgewood. It (and the equally terrible big box development on Ponce) is the only option for people in the area unless we want to drive long distances. When you're the only game in town, you can get away with being crap, and Edgewood Retail is most definitely crap.
