You can't compare PCM to PPM since PPM is outdoors. PCM can only be compared to Chelsea Market and The Ferry Building

PPM is indoors too. And parts of Pcm will be outdoors. I don't see how much is indoors vs outdoors as a defining factor on making some type of comparison

Sweet Auburn Curb Market must have 10+ restaurants under its roof and I've never heard anyone say that's too many.

Well, the Beltline is more than just a trail.

Remember, the Beltline was sold to city residents as an urban revitalization project. That was the justification for the city council and APS and Fulton County schools signing off on providing it with TAD financing.

In its first 10 years of existence, however, it seems like virtually 100% of the new development has gone to one quadrant of the city.

Hopefully that can be rectified. Have new Beltline projects been announced for the SW?

Well, we know the real reason why development has only been in 1 area.

I'm not familiar with the others, but I have eaten at Bar Suzette in NYC. Very good crepes - I definitely think it would be successful here depending on how they price it. At any rate, it sounds like positive news.

The Beltline is supposed to address that. At least that is how it was sold to the taxpayers.
