The last time development started up on this spot, Blue MedSpa had problems because it was affecting the stability of their building, if I remember correctly (it's been awhile). Nice if it works.

I feel like this kinda could create more elbow room. Sure there would be more people, but they're adding retail, and with how busy the restaurants are at that intersection maybe this could take some business from those so they're a tad less crowded. You can't go in that lot now, it's fenced off and a blight. This adds a lot of floor area and probably a wider sidewalk, hence, more space, more room.

I like the street treatment on 11th. Human scaled, and hopefully a nice brick.

Good point. If you do it right, packing people in like sardines doesn't necessarily lead to less elbow room.
