As long as it does not conflict with the future streetcar ROW.

There is a notch out in the property and a make-shift stage there already. It will not conflict with the streetcar if they decide to use that route.

There's some talk that the streetcar will not be going through Reynoldstown. There's no way to get it through the tunnel and running it down Wylie would take away too many parking spaces. The Beltline trail, however, is still planned to go through Reynoldstown.

This info is based on a discussion on the Reynoldstown FB group and information obtained from an Ormewood Park Beltline meeting.

I have gone to the last few local Beltline meetings where the route is being discussed. There are three main options to dealing with transit at Husley Yard:

Go East to Inman Park MARTA station, go West to King MARTA then take Memorial back, or tunnel under it.

The east / Inman Park MARTA option has been all but eliminated now because it will require expensive and intusive-to-the-neighborhood fly-overs. The other options should be about the same cost. Going under Husley could be done by building a new tunnel for a comparable cost to deepening the Krog tunnel. It will provide faster, more direct, grade separated route. However the Memorial route will provide direct MARTA access and developments along Memorial.

I like the Grant Street portal/King Memorial route. It would encourage high density development along Memorial Drive.

I go back and forth. I like the idea of the transit getting its own more direct right-of-way with the new tunnel. I think I "voted" in favor of the Memorial route at the meeting but if they can put Memorial on a road diet and use some of the extra width to give preference to the streetcar in traffic then I would feel better about it.
