Downtown Chamblee has not enjoyed the "attention" that say Brookhaven has gotten. It's still underappreciated and almost "dead" compared to say Avondale's village or Brookhaven's Dresden Dr. for the time being. Hopefully it will soon change with the TOD planned and then it will be a Clifton Rd. or a Dresden Dr. hopefully. He asked for OPINIONS anyway-I gave mine.
