Are we looking at the final days of the Varsity? Seems like development is spreading further south down Spring Street.

Stacks on 6th bringing townhomes to 6th St, between Juniper and Piedmont.
Quote:
Each of the three townhomes will feature three bedrooms, three-and-1/2 bathrooms, and private, two-car garages. The main living floor of each home—including gourmet open kitchens for entertaining—will be capped on either end by balconies to allow the outdoors in.

The exterior connections extend to the master suites, which include balconies, and run up to the roof; each home will have an “amenity packed” rooftop terrace with “breathtaking views of the city.”

For those not willing to traverse stairs to enjoy the view, each home will also feature a private elevator.
