Thanks for the insight Arjay, I will definitely take that into account.

I am under the impression the Fulton County justice system is in shambles and is to blame for the "revolving door" system that keeps putting violent people back out on the street. I know he is not an emperor and can't will reforms into being, but he has been there for 11 years.I have heard of no improvements. I am very willing to admit that I may not know enough about this subject, but I'm really not a fan right off the bat due to this.

I don't think the Fulton County justice system is in shambles, tiki.

Take a look at the judge's bios and tell me whether you think they are a bunch of softies or mentally inept types.
