Help! My husband and I are originally from NYC but we have lived in San Diego for many years. We want to buy a home and realize that it will never happen here. We've been searching for days on line and really liked the homes in Walden. The prices are good and the communities look nice. However, we have not heard to many good things about the area. I am going to visit Atlanta next month in April. Can someone help point us to areas as nice as Walden Park that have are as nice? Please? We don't have kids yet Thanks....xxoo

The prices in Walden Park range from the $180's to the high $400's - what is your price range?

I lived in a suburb of Atlanta for 2 years. My suggestion would be to look in Gwinnett county. This area has really good schools, and the housing is very reasonable. Everything there is new and growing FAST!!! Some better communities would be Loganville, and Grayson.
