Pretty funny this morning. Traffic is noticeably down right now at 745. I'm thinking many are just going in late today after Piedmont opens but that seems like a dangerous move. What are the chances it doesn't reopen til 10 or 11. I would be amazed if the 9am estimation verifies

At 10:30am, on my way to work, traffic sucked balls. Took me forever to get across the top end of 285 going eastbound. Shouldn't be that busy at 10:30am. Looked like westbound sucked as well.

Also, my round trip taking the kid to school this morning at 7:30 turned out to be almost 50 minutes, while it is normally 25-30 minutes.

Oh thank the gods that the I-75 / 285 interchange wasn't offset like that.

This morning was unusually light on my drive for some reason.

Everyone telecommuted until Piedmont was open?

I think I may have posted this in the wrong thread. I didnt read it fully. I thought it was about white experience with Marta since i85 got messed up. Its actually about a much deeper issue on race in ATLANTA, not Marta. My bad. Im not even sure where to put it now.
