He seemed to say that it is several apartment complexes in the area.

I guess my question should be...which apartment complexes specifically? (Then that's when the maps become helpful)

Pretty much every complex in that area except Allen Hills (Allen Temple) and Sierra Ridge, which are still mostly Black. Complexes like Seven Courts are almost half and half from what I’ve seen. And I think most of the Hispanic growth is on the north side of MLK, kinda going north/northwest towards Bolton/Hollywood and looping back east towards West Midtown. Doug may have a higher Hispanic population now, but I think most of those kids are going to North Atlanta. Which after Harper Archer closed, dips further down into the Westside than it used to. NAH is basically the Black/Brown school now, the way those kids get along with each other is a complete 180 of the Black/Hispanic relations you hear about in places like LA. It’s actually a beautiful thing.

Thank you for the additional information.

Yes, the Bolton Academy district has a large Hispanic population and the district feeds into Sutton Middle and North Atlanta High.

The NAH district goes no further south/southwest than the Bolton Academy district.

Seven Courts is actually in the Mays High district.

Most of Hollywood Road in the Douglass High district and most of West Midtown is in the North Atlanta High district.

Bolton Road is split between North Atlanta and Douglass.

A shipping container village... Something for everyone I suppose. Seems like those things would be unbearably hot in the summer.

Lol. Deliahs on Marietta St has one at the top that’s usually only packed in the summer, and down the way from the there, that coffee shop that sits in front of WP is housed in a shipping container too. My favorite taco spot in DC, El Rey in the U street area, is basically just couple of shipping containers put together. And it’s always packed, especially in the summer. So yeah, I’m pretty sure they find a way to cool it down. This isn’t really anything new either, I’ve seen shipping containers re purposed like this from Seattle to Chicago, we just now catching up to this wave locally.
