This annual list always misses a Buckhead classic: Jalisco’s in Peachtree Battle shopping center. Excellent family run business. Has been there since the late 1970’s I believe. They make their own salsa and it is hot!

I'm surprised they didn't mention Taxco, man that place is a good spot as well and been there for years! I haven't been in a while but use to go years back and it was always good!
