Don’t do it- especially without a job first.
Its hard for people to find a job here.
The areas with good schools are either going to be out of your price range single with 3 kids or way out in the burbs.
The social services here are garbage.
The transit is garbage.
You won’t make nearly as much.
Focus on the areas you got responses from if you insist on leaving DC.
