Folks - let's get back on track of the Original Post. Everyone needs to also remember the TOS; debate topics but not each other.

Maybe look at the Oak Grove area if you do not require a super large house. This area is closer to the action.

Here is an example house. It is about a 9 mile drive to Midtown, a 4 mile drive to the numerous Asian restaurants on Buford Highway, a 2.5 mile drive to Toco Hills Center and about 6 miles to the Fernbank Science Center for the kids.

There are some nice homes in the River Country Club in Suwanee. I know a couple of Korean families that live there.

Or if you prefer your own brand new construction https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/8...71951235_zpid/

2 million max budget https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/8...62037429_zpid/

Slightly cheaper new construction https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/6...72127236_zpid/

North Gwinnett is the 2nd best high school in Gwinnett and it's a very diverse area. I live nearby and the location is great. Close to Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Duluth, and Buford.

Anyways, prices are rising fast. One of the Korean families I know, his house price has increased close to $700,000 since he purchased it (according to Zillow Estimate). And prices seem to be around $50,000 - $150,000 higher compared to last year.
