Considering a transfer to the FAA Bldg on Columbia Ave. in College Park, GA. What would be the best area to live without having to commute more then 30 mins.? Some say the area is bad, others say they are fixing up the area. I like diversity, but I really don't want to move to another area where I have over an hour travel commute (unless a commuter bus goes directly to the office door)!

There are some brand new homes being built in the area in the "traditional" style. Not sure on their prices but I'd imagine they aren't cheap, probably $300k +

I work in Hapeville/College Park area and I live in Midtown. Takes 15 min max to get to work. The CP area is starting to turn around...check out Marta and the bus lines too...
