I know I am dredging up an old thread but after reading this lunacy I had to comment. Georgia will NEVER go Blue!

^Yes it will, as long as the Democrats return to Clinton-esque candidates There is a reason why Clinton is often released to campaign for candidates in states like Arkansas (well for obvious reasons there...), Nevada, Pennsylvania, etc. They aren't sending out Jimmy Carter, and Obama has been marginalized as highly liberal.

This is just wishful thinking on your part.

Dare to dream, though--and Good Luck!

After Obama I am more confident then ever! He will cripple the progressive/liberal movement for a generation once he leaves office.
The bloodbath that is coming this November is only a prelude to what Obama faces in 2012!

And your "exclamation point" fervor will ensure this!

+1 !
I am a former Dem and I am disgusted. When any politician over reaches, they should rightfully be thrown out. 60% of America was against Health Control Deform and they pass it anyways?! How is that governing with the consent of the governed? The current 'temp' office holders took an election as a dictatorial mandate to do anything no matter what anyone said about it and no matter how Americans felt about it. I caution those that approve of this behavior, Dems won't hold the majority forever. You have now given the Republicans precedent to RAM unpopular legislation down America's throat. They now have the past precedent to ignore the constitution and ignore America's will. When, not if, the GOP holds a strong majority there will be no limits since Dems have shown NO LIMITS. This is a dangerous way to govern.

The "Hope & Change" crowd are seeing first hand what ineptitude looks like.
