The majority of the Etro collections look ridiculous and over the top. Does anyone this thing will be successful? Only for the elite or desperate posers.

Take a look at the median income for 30305 and 30327, and then decide if this is going to be a success.

I wonder how many of these will ACTUALLY open. For those who read WSJ daily cover to cover, my prediction that 1/3-1/2 of these stores will scale back expansion due to a noticeable cut in spending by even the higher to highest net worth individuals should not come as a surprise.

Well, in real estate anyways, I read that sales of $1 million+ property have actually gone up. I know in Buckhead, the St. Regis Condos are almost all sold, and those are very pricey. So I don't know how much the high-end spenders are really cutting back.
