I wanted to see a big snow, but we did not get any snow here in northeast Tennessee. I dont think southeast TN got much either, but west TN sure did, which is as rare as Atlanta snow.

Sunday was mostly rain and sleet, with occasional wet snow flakes, but it was in the lower 40s - it seems like we stayed in a warmer sector of air than areas to our south, so it did not start sticking until after sunset, but by then, most of the precip was gone. We got a light dusting at most, but areas east of here in the mountains got alot. My uncle in Richmond said they got 11 inches of snow! Rare for Richmond... especially in March.

Hopefully everyone in the south that loves snow was able to get out and enjoy!

Duh.

Took this today as I was coming home from lunch along Dallas Highway (120) in West Cobb, during the hard snow....

Cops were already there. No ambulances, and there didn't appear to be any injuries (surprising).
See what happens when you don't use Marta!

It was LOTS of fun trying to fly back into this country the day after that storm.
