OKay so I got a job in the Cascade/Sandstown area but I need a place tolive. I am leaning toward Douglasville... the houses are cheaper and seem bigger? What is Douglasville like? Is the area nice? How is the school system? Why are so many houses on the market? HElp me out!

I can only answer your last question as I am also new to the area and also eying Douglasville. The reason there are so many homes to be had there is because it is one of the fastest growing areas of the Metro.

It's a fast growing area, and traffic in certain spots is incredibly bad, hence, tons of homes for sale.
