I can say that is very sad that they are having those difficulties when parents want to put their children in schools up there because they are of "better quality." I hate to sound harsh, but, you have to be careful what you ask for.

I don't mean to sound crazy, but are you sure that's the whole story? Is this the only time your son has gotten into trouble at that school? I would think that he would have gotten into trouble for pushing the boy rather than to go as far as sexual battery.

It's August. How much trouble could he have gotten into?! But answer your question, no he's not a trouble maker. He never got in trouble in kindergarden. He's in the first grade this year. I quoted what the school said happen, not my child.

My child is in school up here because my job is up here.

Government school is no place for a child you actually love. It's remarkably easy here in Georgia to pull your kids out of the system and homeschool them. The only argument teachers still have left to oppose homeschooling with is that your children won't be "socialized" enough. That's an argument for idiots though. Why would you want your children to "socialize" with bullies and drug addicts and socialist teachers and sex offenders? Just watch the news. Public school is a practical feeding ground for predators of children. Like Sharks, the weirdos and perverts of this world are attracted to the bodies and minds of your children, and as the 6:00 news has shown us, it's not difficult to gain access to a government school job. Save your kids while you still can, and pull them out of that Hell hole.

That's an interesting opinion. You think that people who send their kids to public schools don't love their children as much as you do? So a mother and father who need to work full time... when do they do this homeschooling? In the evenings?

No thanks. The OP didn't ask for preaching or for anything else other than support for something that seems utterly ridiculous.

Don't drop this, Mama! Maybe a kind-hearted attorney will do a little pro bono work for you.

Cool... maybe we can get you to teach them - you seem great.

BTW, I think my bullying, drug addicted, pervert, weirdo children are wonderful.

This might be something the ACLU would be interested in. Couldn't hurt to drop them a line.

I agree the principal made a totally stupid decision.

We do not need god in schools. We need to teach children to be self-confident and self-supporting and not to run to some imaginary "daddy in the sky" that will hold their hand, calm their fears and assure them that everything is going to be allright.

I think this is ridiculous too but you are making to big of a deal about it. and unfortunately life is not fair.

You also have to explain to your own child not to result to violence....

just let it go...

Explaining to your child the importance of proper word usage is also important, of course.

Which violence? I must have missed that post.
