On mapquest it says that it would take 11 minutes to go from the lake windward area to Haynes bridge middle school. Do you think with traffic at around 7:45 in the morning, that would be a crazy underestimate? It says to take 400 down to Haynes Bridge Road.

Not a chance of doing it at that hour. Haynes Bridge has a lot of traffic lights too, so even after you make it down those couple of exits on 400 you will have a slow go.

I haven't actually driven it at that time of day, but you might do as well or or better than 400 by taking North Point Parkway from either Windward Parkway or Webb Bridge (depending on whether you're on the north or south side of Lake Windward) down to Haynes Bridge. After you turn off North Point onto Haynes Bridge, there's only one more light (Mansell) between you and the school. I suspect traffic is still pretty bad, but it still might be faster than 400.
