Son is relocating close to Lockheed Martin for his job (currently he is commuting from hampton to marietta daily--100 miles roundtrip daily--yikes!)We live in hampton and don't know much about the area.
I've looked on
Stats about all US cities - real estate, relocation info, house prices, home value estimator, recent sales, cost of living, crime, race, income, photos, education, maps, weather, houses, schools, neighborhoods, and more the apartment situation is frightening, even the ones at $1400/month have terrible ratings. He is open to condo/townhome--he doesn't want yard maintenance.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Safety is the #1 factor. Thank you for your assistance.
