Hi Everone:
We ae relocating early fall to the Alpharetta areas. I would love to hear your opinions on 2 subdivisions: Coventry and Winward? What's good about them and what's bad. I'm concerned that in the Winward subdivision that a house around $300K will be on the low end of the neighborhood.
What are your thoughts?
Thanks a bunch!
Judi

I been in Winward and Coventry there both nice communities and really in a good location. As long as your happy with the home you choose why worry about it .I look at it as a easier sell if you had to move. More people can afford it. good luck

Default Windgate Alpharetta

I know this is an older post, but moving some times takes a while so I wanted to say I live in that subdivision and am actually thinking about selling my home. If you are still looking send me an e-mail and I can let you know details. I have been very happy there and will be staying in the area.

We actually already moved to a subdivision in Roswell/East Cobb. The schools there won us out. Thanks for the reply and good luck selling your place.
