Planning on Moving to Atlanta (townhouse, neighborhood, place to live)

[SIZE=3]1. Our budget for housing is $200,000 maximum and hope to purchase.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=3]2. We would prefer an end unit Townhouse.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=3]3. We are retired.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=3]4. Our kids are grown, although one is still with us.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=3]5. Prefer a mix of urban/suburban life style.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=3]6. Public transit is not really important. While airport access is also not important, we don’t mind airport noise. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=3]7. I am white and my wife is black. We have spent most of our married life in Los Angeles and would prefer to live in a racially mixed neighborhood.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=3]8. We are both fairly well educated, I have a Master’s degree and my wife has a Baccalaureate degree. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=3]9. We would prefer to live within a reasonable drive to a Kaiser Health Facility. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=3]10. I have never lived east of Colorado, so this will be a new experience for me.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=3]11. My wife has lived in South Florida before, and has friends and family in Connecticut, New York City, Baltimore, Miami and Atlanta. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=3]12. We are both interested in the arts. [/SIZE]
