I need to run a criminal record search on someone who is a convicted felon, but I am unsure of their charges. It's my child's friend's mother. Can anyone recommend a reliable and safe way to do this? Thanks.

If it was in Richmond County (or you think it might have been), you can always find records on the Case Management website if you've got her legal name. Case Management Search | Augusta, GA - Official Website

Alternately, Googling her full name in quotes ( i.e. "Jane Doe" ) with the word arrest you can often find a news article published about it.

Wow ok thank you for that link. I did find some info there. I wonder if there is a similar site for Columbia County???

The Google searching has already been exhausted, but thanks for the advice on that. I'm a Google guru of sorts.

Thank you so much again!

The only thing somewhat similar for Columbia County just shows recent arrests. It only goes back so far, though, and not far enough to be too useful. Columbia County Sheriffs Office P2C - provided by OSSI
