What are the exclusive neighborhoods in Augusta? The Hill/Summerville area in West Augusta is #1. Bill Gates lives there and almost every home is in the $1-2 million range.

Martinez(West Lake, Spring Lakes, Rhodes Hill, Watervale and Hampstead)

Hephzibah( Arcadia, Lakes at Spirit Creek, Spread Oak Plantation)

Aiken(Woodside, Cedar Creek, Trolley Run Station)

Evans(Jones Creek, Riverwood Plantation, Windmill Plantation)

South Augusta(South lake, Diamond Lakes, and Goshen)

Grovetown( Northlake, Grove Landing, Arbor Springs)

North Augusta( Hammonds Ferry and Mount Vintage)

West Augusta( Forest Hills, Summerville/Hill, Belair Esates,)

Are there any more? Maybe located in Edgefield, Thomson, Dearing, Waynesboro, Washington, Lincolton, or other's not mentioned in the cities above.

Bill Gates only has two personal properties. He has a home in Rancho Santa Fe, California and his primary residence in Medina, Washington. He does not own property in Georgia.

Bill Gates probably has his West Augusta home in another name. Bill is here every year for the Master's tournament. Him owning a home on the Hill is old news in Augusta.

You forgot to make one for downtown. (Olde Towne, Enterprise Mill, Port Royal, White's building)

Stillwater Cove in Lincolton too. A $26 million 953-acre lake-side housing subdivision in Lincoln county.

The community offers large estate-style lots with space for 385 homes. Amenities will include a community pavilion, swimming pool and bath house facilities. The average home lot is two acres, Mr. Grafton said.

"That's one of our biggest assets that we have in the county right now -- the lake. Marketing it is really good. That helps get Lincoln County's name out there. I really feel that if they get other people coming in and buying lots there, it really helps the other subdivisions that are coming in on the lake, too," she said. Lots start at $30,000, and custom home packages start at $200,000.
