The areas to the left still need alot of work. The area too the right looks totally diffrent. Laney Walker is going to become a trendy area to live.

^^ It is great to see the improvements to the city, it's just sad that some (the same few Augusta Chronicle comment section posters) fail to see what good things are going on. Like I've said before, the city had such large problems for so long, it's only begun to improve and grow in the past 5-10 years. There's a lot of good stuff on the horizon.

Anyway, you're probably right about the Hyatt too, I remember seeing on the news that the developer said they would be complete by the 2012 Masters.
