Yes you are. Take a day off work and go on a Tuesday and you'll have the place to yourself. I've been on both a weekend day and a weekday this year and the weekday was far superior. I got to ride every ride in the West side of the park on a weekday but only 4 rides during a weekend because of the lines.

I was just there yesterday (on Saturday) and it was a madhouse! On the bigger rides, the wait was a mixed bag: the first time we waited 25 mins to ride. The 2nd wait was over an hour! Overall, it was a very fun time though!

I would suggest you not go there on a Friday as well. Went there a few weeks ago with several 15 - 16 boys. We got there right after it opened, and it was already crowded. I was, however, able to snag a chaise that was in the shade...eventually.

The kids said one ride took 2 hours to actually ride. Not sure about this because none of them had watches or cell phones to tell time, and at that age, it's relative.

Anyway, a Mon. - Thurs. would be better crowd-wise if you can do it.
