Well that's a good point. There will probably be many months of prep work before anything visible actually gets dismantled.

Thanks again.
I think we're also going to look at some places in 78721. There seems to be interesting new homes in that area, and the prices are a bit better.

There are good reasons the prices are lower there. Its going to be a long time before you see much gentrification or appreciation of property values in that area. There are lots of run down properties and industrial parks. 33% of the people living there have below poverty level incomes, 42% of the residents are renters. Schools are very poor. I would not invest in that area.
