ALL of their services were down from yesterday until about 12 pm today.

It's so frustrating when you pay $140 per month and it doesn't work!

Anyone else having problems with TW?

What other choice is there? Especially for internet? I live in a nice area in North Austin yet I can't get Verizon Fios or ATT Uverse!

Storms moved through the area which most likely caused the problems. However, my DVR has been spotty with recording. Sometimes programs appear to be recording but then when I try to play they have only perhaps 1 minute or 0 minutes. I have an expanded external drive with plenty of space too.

Yeah, I don't know what other choices their are.

Mine didn't go out at all. However, my electricity was off for two hours last night. Storms affect things. That's part of life. Get used to it.

we've had lots of problems with Time Warner and Tivo, and not just during storms. Seems Tivo doesn't always work great with TW but TW is the one to service it since it's all connected to out cable/phone/internet

Everything here was out for a few hours as well, (phone, cable, internet). I enjoyed it.

There was one heck of a lightening storm the night before so that might have something to do with it.

*Autumntraveler: you're only paying $140 a month? Do you have tv, phone, and internet? Road Runner? We have all those and pay more than $140.

as far as TV goes, get a Tivo and just rent their Cablecard - you'll pay more upfront, but be happier long term....

I like the way they capped our turbo connection which was 30 down/2 up to 20/2. we had to upgrade to the 30/5 new tier so we can go back to 30 down with an extra 3 up (30/5). Only...speed tests consistently show 30 down and about 2.25-2.5 up. So basically we are paying a lot more just to go back to what we used to have....

What a great company!...

We have internet, cable with one dvr/box and phone. our total is $117/month. Yall need to call and get onto their better prices that they don't call you to give you. You have to call and ask them for a better price like every 6 months.

I never had anything but problems with TW. Switched to satellite and have never had a problem. Out TV went out during the storm, but only for about 5 minutes.
