Not likely. However, this lawsuit was settled. It's pretty unlikely a court would allow the case to be re-litigated no matter how much is was based on fraudulent statements. Cases settle all the time where one party may be in the right but decides not to litigate. I've never seen a case be re-opened. However, it's possible that a court might find there was a mistake of fact on which both parties agreed thy was so fundamental to have made the settlement agreement void as a matter of law...I doubt it.

If a particular sport wants to adopt a certain set of rules, go for it. If the participants believe that a 5 lb bike, or drugs, or blood transfusions are ok, so be it. If the majority of cyclists feel like doping is ok. In general, I feel like all drugs should be decriminalized, but that's another discussion.

The promoters & advertisers already made a crapload of money from Armstrong's name, so should they be required to return it all to the consumers?

They won't go after him because they're in the business of being in relationships with athletes. No one will sign with Nike if they feel that down the road if Nike is unhappy about something they did that Nike will sue.

Nike and the others have dropped him from endorsements and he has lost future incomes, but almost certainly will not be sued for passed endorsements.
