Intel has a fab outside Phoenix, so "too dry to support the semiconductor industry" has to be pretty dang dry

not like we are 2 feet from the equator. it should keep some sort of level. it rains enough in Central Texas. just not enough in Lakeway. they wouldn't have built the Dams if they weren't needed.
