Hello.. we are considering buying a house and narrowed down two areas. Mirasol at the Oasis and Twin Creeks. Leaning towards Twin Creeks more for the community, and potentially less traffic issues but tempted by the beautiful homes at Mirasol. Can you help us? What are some obvious advantages/disadvantages you see that we are missing as newbies? Schools, traffic, access to after school activities for kids (elementary aged), restaurants etc?
