Yes, I am talking about the area around Saddle Pack. It seems as though there are older homes in that neighboorhood, there are nice large trees and people are taking care of their lawns. That's usually a good sign.

Pack Saddle Pass I think is the actual name of the street. When you cross Ben White it becomes Victory Drive. And yes, that area around Pack Saddle has some very nice well kept homes on nicely landscaped lots with lots of trees and shade.

There are some nasty apartments in the vicinity of West Gate and Jones. Over by Pack Saddle Pass is a pretty nice neighborhood.

That area varies so greatly. You could have nice single family homes on one street and junky duplexes on the next street.

That area is really hit or miss. You can be on one block and think the area is nice, then turn a corner, and it's like "wth happened??"

They're looking in that area because of the location. A lot of people are willing to take the fixer upper as a tradeoff because of that.

I might add there is a common problem with foundation problems in this area. Be sure to make sure of this when buying a house in the area.

I like the area, but there are certain pockets around there that are kind of not so great.
