Please note, I'm not endorsing the commentary, simply sharing the reality. There are plenty of families in Rattan, Millwood, Hunter's Chase and beyond, rejoicing at the prospect that their college funds will be funded by this boom.

Assuming, of course, that they (a) want to move in the first place and aren't "looking forward" to being forced out by rising property taxes (something the "Oh, they shouldn't complain, we're raising their property values" crowd conveniently forgets about time and again, and (b) can afford to both move somewhere equal AND pay for college. Otherwise, it's just being forced out of your home.

Based on handful of flyers on last two weeks wanting to buy house on Teravista, there seems to be new interest. Cannot say that it is Apple related but number of flyers is in different level

Does anyone know if there is any progress on the construction of this campus? I have driven through Parmer couple of times recently and I couldn't find any signs. The land is not even flattened out. Are they waiting for some permitting process? They had plans to open this campus by late 2020/ early 2021. Not sure if they can adhere to that deadline looking at the current progress...
