His finances and bills are handled by a management company. His water bill for June was $1,630.

"I need to fix this," Armstrong said. "To use that much more water (than most residents) is unacceptable. I have no interest in being the top water user in Austin, Texas."
Geez, that's more than I make in a month. Maybe Armstrong can buy my beer and pay me to keep his lawn 'watered'.

Having said that, the guy is wealthy. He probly pays staffing wages and fees in excess of that every week. I suspect there is someone else who handles the paper work to make sure those bills get paid. I believe his comments and suspect he'll make sure someone responsible will reduce that water usage.

Aside, it's raining today and some neighbors are watering their yards. I wonder who their management companies are.

Money + ego = forgetting where you came from. Lance has too many Californians telling him how to live. Tommy Lee probably is modeling his butt for Wrangler Jeans. Everyday I read about this is another ***** in their credability armor in my world. I'm an older guy and I remember this stuff.

In South Austin, I've had TV certified metorologists telling me I would have received 2 inches of rain from this strange August front. So far: less than 1/2 inch.

So I've concluded that TV metorologists are idiots and couldn't pour pee out of my Justin ropers if the instructions were on the boot heal. The other thing I learned is that many folks who some believe are famous forgot where they grew up. They found money - they are not famous, regardless of their wristbands or what they drive.

Just another drain on my limited resources.

Can we please get some rain in Travis County?
