And comes in at 6.3% so far...........I might be giving away keys to the kingdom here, but there are quite a few under 5%.........and some even clocking in at under 4%.......Some surprisingly desirable places ranked higher than Austin include San Antonio, WASH DC, Boulder, Co., Madison, Wisc., Ithaca(beautiful upstate NY, with Cornell campus(Ivy League), Portsmouth, NH(lived there years ago, entire town essentially an historic disc.), Honolulu(no brainer), Salt Lake City(Great Recreation opportunities), Sante Fe(another no brainer...one of the prettiest cities in the USA), and even Iowa City is a great little place, with a big 10 University in the center, and 3.8% Unemployment)
