Bagpiper seeks Pipeband (Austin: live in, parking, to work)

Hi everyone, As some of you will know Hubby and I are headed out to Austin, hopefully by the end of the year. We currently live in London, although originally from South Africa.

My husband plays the bagpipes and is keen to join a pipeband in Austin. From what I can find on the internet there are two in Austin (one called Silver Thistle... I think and the other Austin Fire Dept or Police Dept)

Does anyone know of any others and how we might be able to get in touch with them?

When I used to work at the TCEQ in N. Austin, you could hear some guy playing the pipes at lunch most days. You could go stand in the parking lot at lunch and hone in on him (her)....maybe they know .
