Ok so i work downtown ( 9th st and brazos) and unfortunetly my job doesnt pay for parking so im stuck paying $8 a day and im having financial prblems so i would love to find an alternative for that on top of that i go to school after work 2 days a week ...

Any free parking around here? could i park on south congress and just take the buss down here?

yeah sorry i was thinking about that after i posted well for right now im coming from william cannon but that is going to change in the November ill be coming from Braker lane so i could drive and park somewhere and just take the bus from somewhere i dont know?

Yes, you could easily drive to the s. congress area, park for free (either on the street or in one of the lots around the intersection of Congress and Oltorf, be smart and pick the emptiest one and then take the number 1 (1L, 1M and 101) bus downtown, it takes about 15 minutes on the bus to get downtown.

Free parking on 10th and Red River and under the bridge (I-35). There are other pockets of free parking as well, just need to do a drive around and find them.
