We are strongly considering moving to Austin very soon. We would like to rent/lease at first and then buy a house once we have committed to an area.

We would really like to move into a family/master planned community, but we are open to other types of living. We are small biz owners and in our mid 20's and have a baby, so we would really like to find a hip but family friendly place with parks nearby.

We are looking for a realtor that is non-conservative, tech savy enough to be able to respond to emails promptly, and has been an Austin realtor for more than a couple of years.

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone.

A hip, tech-savvy Realtor. I love it. Plus a hip, cool place to raise children. Rich.
