I drove through the neighborhood and it is really nice. The homes are well kept and the yards were all perfect. Lots of mature trees and gently rolling hills. The only negative I saw was that it would be difficult to turn left on 2244 (Bee Cave Road) when leaving the neighborhood cause 2244 is pretty busy all the time. But, then I noticed that the neighborhood connects to Old Walsh Tarlton and there is a traffic light at that intersection so problem solved.

There is all kinds of shopping close by, including a grocery store (Randall's).
