I'm looking at a house to rent on Honey Tree Ln in this subdivision.
Any thoughts?

Can you elaborate? What are your own thoughts? What are your concerns or questions?

I know nothing of the area.
On my map it seems like it's what is in a good area-but all I can see is the house itself, not the neighborhood.
Does the area have a good reputation?
Is it too close to downtown-not as safe?
Is it a pretty area?

I just looked at it on the map and it looks like it's in a good area. But, I haven't been on that particular street. As for your concerns about being too close to downtown, I would rate that as a positive, not a negative. I live very close to downtown and feel quite safe.

Thanks.
Are there families in that area or more singles?
Are the homes well kept?

Sorry, I really don't know about that particular area, but I'm sure it's going to be more of a family area. Do you want me to swing by tomorrow and take a look at the house and area? My favorite nursery is on 2244 and I need to go there tomorrow for some plants for my hanging baskets (that just bit the dust).

That would be awesome.

I could get the house there with a pool or a house up by Hudson Bend without.
I'm debating-and the houses with pools go quick...
I want to know if it's a pretty drive to/from the area, if it seems like a nicer as opposed to run down area, and if it makes sense as far as access to shopping, etc.
Basically, your opinion.
It's on Honey Tree, right off 2244.
Thanks so much!!!

I'm not worried about the exact house, per se-just a feel for the neighborhood and proximity to other stuff.
Ambiance, etc.

Thank you so much!
