Thanks for posting the link. I live close to there and have been noticing some very nice-looking new buildings rising from the old parking lot. Definitely an improvement over the original mall, which was an eyesore. I'm not very interested in any of the businesses that are locating there but it will be good to have a less aesthetically dessicated view while driving by that locale.

It's not really going to generate much more traffic. Sandy's Shoes has been across the street for decades, along with the toy store inside. Guitar Center and the ice skating place were there in that location already. The rest will barely change things.
