Where do I find out about school principals? (Austin, Howe: high schools, teacher)

I'm looking to teach high school math in Austin in the Fall, and I'm trying for a good way to find out about who I would be working for. Obviously, when push comes to shove, as a first year teacher, I'd take what I can get. However, as someone who has been in the business world for a long time, I know how miserable a bad leader can make your life.

Does anyone have some ideas about how to research the high schools and their staffs? I know information on the internet can be insanely biased, but I feel I can filter out the extremes and see a trend that reflects some measure of truth. Just having a tough time finding a decent place to start. My google search ideas haven't yielded much in the way of useful results.

You can use district website to find out who the principals are, but there are often re-assignments over the summer, so it can be hard to know for sure. The kind of inside info you want will be hard to find on the internet.
