No its just the good ole boy NASCAR network. They said that Legano was unclear by audio. Its much clearer than Bowyer radio and conclusive:IMO. They even said the word "know what I want" then that is was from the top at Penske.Then he allowed pass. Media dependent on NASCAR are saying little and those who are not dependent on NASCAR just see it has in the roots of NASCAR as to good ole boy network.
So little Jeffy cries and NASCAR makes him the very first 13th driver to make the chase. Guess everyone should start crying and complaining about cheaters.
We all know the Hendrick team never ever cheated - not even once.
I knew when NASCAR was questioning Joey's moves that they were going to allow Jeffy into the chase. I thought they would remove Joey for Jeffy, but nope.
This is just so wrong.
Ten years is long enough for this joke to last. The Chase is stupid and will always lend itself to teams cheating for each other. That's just part of the sport.
Now it has just become all too obvious and these are the dumb results we get for it.

Gordon shouldn't have been put into the chase. He was "cheated" by two teams but NASCAR made no call last year when Gordon all but removed Bowyer from the chase for his Phoenix dump.
I don't think that the Chase is a joke at all. What is a joke is watching the last few races when you know Matt Kenseth, Tony Stewart or Jeff Gordon had the title won going into them. The Nationwide Series up through the Nationwide only title chase was the same case too. The last few races are meaningless because the point chases are done. To date, I haven't seen a chase where there was at least an outside chance the title was not locked and that was last year because of Bowyer getting dumped at Phoenix.
