GM To Resurrect Midsize Trucks

Why? Because of UAW contract. Either build a COMPACT truck or don't build a midsize truck at all. Why would any truck guy buy a midsize truck for almost the same price as the full size truck? Small, reliable, fuel efficient, and cheap trucks could sell. Offer a 4 cylinder and stick shift as the standard feature on base model. Option of either a turbo version of same 4 cylinder or a small V6. Another engine option should be a 4 cylinder turbo diesel. If they make it body on frame, improve the ride with coil springs instead of leaf springs. On base models, no carpet,...just rubber flooring. No power windows,...just a hand crank.
