a video is not a legal contract and she directly contradicts what the actual terms and agreements say - "we do not continuously monitor the speed blah blah blah", yeah we get samples only every 5 seconds (which is not continuous, so I wasn't lying) and we reserve the right to sell that data to whomever we want for whatever reason we want.
If she wanted to tell the truth (which of course, she and/or her handlers do not want) she could go point by point through the terms and explain what each thing allows them to do - whether or not they do that today. The agreement allows them to give/sell your gps data to anyone they want to give/sell it to.
