Hi, I have a 2006 Toyota RAV4. Took it in for Emissions Test yesterday. Everything working fine before the test. When I left the facility, it started to get hot inside my car. I did not have the heating on, in fact the setting of my air was on 'cool'. Turned on the AC and it worked well. Turned the AC off and the heating came back on! The setting was still on 'cool'. Turned the heating on and the air that came out was EXTREMELY hot. Took the car back to the Emissions Testing facility and, of course, they assured me this has nothing to do with the test. HELP PLEASE.

Newer automobiles allow for changing systems settings with the use of a computer. It's very possible that the technician changed a setting or disconnected something that causes your car to behave that way.

coincidence. check the door motors for proper operation, perhaps one is stuck open, or vacuum line has failed.

Very unlikely... I can't imagine how a sniffer up the tailpipe would cause the climate control to malfunction.

Not possible. They would have had to re-program your BCM and if has NOTHING to do with an emission test.
