Me neither ! I would have done exactly the same thing the SUV driver did, and I also would have used more force and kept on the highway until the cops arrived. He made the mistake of getting into traffic where they could get at him. As long as my car was still able to move in forward or reverse they would have had a battering ram running down their sorry asses.

And people wonder why motorcyclists have a bad rep.

Disturbing action...not sure what would've been the best action from driver's side, with family in the car to protect there is a good chance most of us drivers would've been scared for their safety and done the same...

What is your take?
This is why you lock your doors

They smashed his window and reached inside and opened the door.

That is when the guy could have killed several of them and not be charged.

There was a point when he stopped on the highway and his windows hadn't been mashed and a guy ran up and opened his door because it wasn't locked, he then sped off. It was a range rover so the electronics were probably malfunctioning just because.

If any jury convicts the SUV driver (should he even be charged) that would be a real mistake. Any of us who have been driving down the road when 5 or 6 of those crotch rockets blows by knows how intimidating it can be. Can you imagine if you were suddenly accosted by as many as were attacking him, he must have been terrified and in true fear for his life, and the lives of his family.

Where the hell were the cops during all this ? Even if the guy wasn't on the phone with 911 there had to be a flood of calls from other motorists. I hope charges are brought against all the bikers they can find who were involved in this.

Yeah I agree. No criminal court is going to find the SUV driver guilty. But then the motorcyclist that got ran over and still sue a civilian court where much less evidence is needed and he the suv driver if found guilty would have to pay millions.

And trust me this case will be brought to a Civil Trial and again I would not order the driver to pay a dime!!!!!!
