Looks beautiful! Go and get it! I'm looking for a C5 myself (last chance before I have kids!).

88k is nothing on a Chevy 350! Most Corvettes are garage queens for the first ten years of their lives.

It's not the engine I would be concerned about. I have several friends who own C5s, and I've heard about TPMS sensors dropping one after another, something about the ABS computer for which there is no replacement (maybe that's traction control), turn signals leaking and blowing bulbs, numerous issues with the dash, etc. Plus with that many miles and years on most any car, other parts will be nearing the end of their lives. I'd be sure to have some money set aside for the inevitable repairs.

Traveled last Sunday to see and drive this Vette, and was disappointed it had a couple of issues that could be trouble down the road.
There was something wrong with the suspension.
It rode rough, and felt loose.
The car wandered a bit, which made me have to hold the steering wheel tighter than I would have liked.
Also the transmission slipped slightly between gears.
My friend I brought with me gave it a "no dice", so I will keep looking.
It was clean, and very sharp looking, but that's about it.
Bob.
